Do

Soft, crisp, light, deep, in and out
Ravenous fingering lips
Lingering touch uneasy blissful
My tortured passionate pouts
Shivers of suppressed wants
waiting writhing ecstasy
Sombre Fragile doubts...
You so hold me that
There's no way out.

Do caress and thrill
With your piano fingered mouth
I am waiting to be your
greatest symphony
Your Best duet so
Play me out

My eyes are thoughts
Slit into sleek
Avocados moist
Half turned tilted around
Wary slightly shuttered
Watching your perfect  game
I am your frozen playground
Eternally poised.

My skin wears out
Wears my heart softly splayed
Your gentle brush strokes alms
For which I prayed
you and me
Sweet harmony
My love
My soul
My self
And this bodily
Instrument
Attunes
And pleads
Yes my darling yes
Please do,
Do
Play on me.

Mother Moon

I don't fear I read meditate and am self aware
I have burnt the last tempestuous bridge
Oh! what exhilaration in heading nowhere.

Poised for a jump
Mother moon
You overshadow my tiny silhouette
Poised against this
Luminous silver bowl
I outshine you.

I appear so beautiful
So dangerous
Dancer in red flamenco
And cheeky lemon parasol
I look the part a patented paramour

But I am
Your wispy dream child
Mother moon
A weeping poem lost
Cradle my bits and pieces
In your lunar craters
Gather up my courageous insanity
In your womb
Mother rock me
Gently berating my
Credulous notions
Even as I fall
Calling you out.

My sheer terror
Splits your moon beams
Petrified frozen splinters
Eternal grasping
My gathered cuspian dreams
Floating forevermore
Moondust
Relinquished.

I'm on the ledger balance
Of softly measured loss...
Sitting on the concrete slab
Of implacable judgement
Your defiant daughter
Mythical legendary
Never decoded
Even to herself.

Cipher tantalizing
In the piquant breeze
Slipping forever into
Ink gullies of isolation
Still holding on
To a tremulous
Mystique
Hope pinned to a pretty
Parasol
Flung open tauntingly
Flimsy tease
My feet tapping
Emptiness...
Fear
Only in the
Expectant air.

Weekly Slop Challenge. Courage Dispel.Image

Weekly challenge poem.
Courage dispel image

I bow my head and tears arise
my lashes lost and drowned in lies
The image is blurred
My courage is slurred.
And yet to dispel it
Is cowardice.

I watch the me that isn't me
I stand alone and eye my I
The mirror image
Shows my deceit
The courage  to dispel
The cowardice.

I stare my pain in stinging rain
Rooted on terrace of abandonment
But who abandons?
'Tis a lie
The truth alone,
Always, is I.

Nothing
Dispelling
Never impaled
True self
Is courage
And endurance.

To
Withstand an
Array of
Images...velvet pain

Where every hurt
Is another hue
Of my radiant rainbow
After the
Rain.

Three Blind Mice

Three Blind Mice

Words get overused
And panic me
Because even
Silence needs description,
And I must coin my own
Vocabulary
When I'm shortchanged
Out of pocket...
Eligibility for benefits
Denied.

Love and its lack lustre
Life Hacker and slave master
Dictates it.

I take a hatchet
To my epiphany
And add cold blue terror
Icy sharp machete
Blood on it would be slashed butterfly kiss
Swastika spilled over sacrifice.

My new word gleams unholy
Terri-phany...
Have you felt
Such dis-ecstacy?

Yes die in disenchantment
In the Tomb
Of relentless breath
The silent flow of life
Amuses me
Watches in VB astonishment
My absurd notion
Of swimming...
Tears in my eyes in a dry pool
Of hesitant dessication.

Flapping wings
Without touching water...
Rising star
Only for a moment
The mythology airborne
On a freedom flight
In a hot air balloon
Spiralling in cross currents.

They are devils.
Knocking on my door.
Pounding my ears.
Liars unusual.
Lovers.

The angels are much too
Boorish impoverished pure
They like floating around
On sun lit surfboards of
Dust motes of detachment
Feeling no pain
Basking
In the halo of
Ascension.
As if levitation and light
Were supreme achievement.

I feel ferociously helpless...
Perhaps I am a poem
Written to order
An invitation
An invocation
To be a hellish vixenish
Minion?
Or miniature hellion?
Or simply Minnie ministering mouse
A prosaic caricature running round and
Round my mouse hole
Of a house?

I need anything
A switch blade
Or scissors
Anything

For we be
Like the three
Blind mice.
But
I'm supposed to have
Eyes.

A Thousand Petals

A Thousand Petals

Mediaval lotus stance
Trident eyes seminal sconce
The inward glance illuminate
Meditative retreat.

Lacerations velvet coils
Resilience the rose inside
Arise uncoil...in
Mystical gyre
Two and half
Its eternal spring
The goddess uncoils
From dormancy slothfully
Awakening.

Aspire Ascend
Transpire
Elevate sinuous silken
Route
Ensconced south somnolent
Delicate aperture eye of needle
So fiercly girded
Sous celibate.

Undo,
Awaken the incredible
Keratinized knotted release
Loosen liberattos
The lulling loops of attachments.

My steadfast stalk
Goldenrod head of wheat
Receiving sun's adoration
Stunning supra cosmic ultraviolet
The manifold glow unfolding spectacular
Pearls of promiscuity impoverished
Prodigious petals flourishing
Universal garden
Prodigal's abundance.

The silent loosening
Gentlest unbinding
From sheaves of synchronised lives
The flying apart, the fibonacci flowering
A thousand inviolate velvet petals incline.....
Declining all burlesqued bondage,
Riding the crown
Sahasrara,
Infinite cooped up coffers opening
Unlock and shed
Eternal homage
Empathic power fervent ethereality...
Offering and receiving embrace
...The Sage redolent
Refulgent
Spectator upon unfolding
Stage of Sansara...
And complete in
His loneliness.

Divergence

Divergence

I want to write you a love song
But I veer off
Into physics and calculus
Tired literary references
Mind over spent
Much used tedium
Full of dull rubbish
Poached ivory
Leprechaun gold
Cold useless gems
Blood diamonds.

And you are much too late
And I'm a gullible sophist
Greedy Guinevere
Dabbling in
Dreams and philosophy.

I had a little dart of desire
Shot through with such intense
Fear
Panting in the dark like pain
Now my pen leaches corrosive
Signature
From grotty ink out of my veins.

There's a body to touch just so
But it's
Dancing librettos in my mutant
mind
There are glowing wounds
Too deep to reveal
And easier to sustain
Scabbed
Than to heal.

And you keep me alive
By peeling off pretences
Flaying me mercilessly
Oh you skin me alive
So raw so livid
Hurts so
Glorious
I want to feel you again
And again...

I kept a cozy lid of pooled tears by the fire
drops of desire sheathed in furry
Lashes protective
Demure and dark
With deception
Dripping unsated
desires...

Hot wet kisses
Dampening  drilling
Stroking wanton need
Upon my body
On my poem
The doused hearth
Lit up
The tinder stoked
Hope invoked

That our most involuted
Involvements and secret
Convoluted pathways
Built up from ground down
basest desires
Can become this
Beautiful beacon
Blazing joy.

That this grey blue ghostly sky with
Brown divides
Heralding my dirty daisy wheel day
This dumb luck plucky awesome night
With no wonder left
In it at all
This insipid creamy expanse
Of still air between my languid walls
Bland boredom
Denying catharsis...

Are imbued
With wondrous alchemy...
Alladin and Alibaba's
Magic caverns.

Aleph
Mem
Bis and shin
In harmony
Deliberate conflict
Driven through diversity.

Totality's thunderous applause
Of unity
Blossoming becoming
Tree of
Endogenous life.

Master and disciple
The hand that holds and guides...
Oh! the tender torture
Of guarded discovery
Walled walk of ecstasy
Pavlovian life....

For the Weekly Poetry Challenge Pierce the Firmaments

For the Weekly Picture Challenge!!!

Pierce the firmament
Salome of the seven veils
Dancin
What black mystery
Milky white galaxies
Obsidian night never ending presents
A Douglas Adam
Adventure
The perspective machines seeded
In our inscrutable brain box...
Trillia Macmillian....
I enter this sphere
Lit by a frail blue filament
Of fatuous fabulous rationality.

On Earth,
The sun lights my day
Sets me to till thy fields
Father,
The moon goddess's rays
Sedates me to sleep,
Mother earth, alive
Gods creatures caged within
A plan...

Therefore beware floods,
To drown us
Would be a cosmic joke
Along comes the ark
Slung over shoulders of
The archetypal holy man...

Atlas never shrugged.

I seek to pierce the shield of the universe
Arise from the grave of Lazarus
Not to Martha or for Mary.

The wheel behind wheels set in motion
The cog sparking action
The universal incomprehensible cognition..

We know that we don't know.
Not the answer.
But why
The question should be?
Or Not be...
42.

This beautiful cosmic mise en scene
To the dying man grovelling on the
Gravel,
Lifting fistfuls of cruddy clay
Red as the thread of his life blood
Unraveling
Who is weaver and where the loom
Who the master weaver
Of this dazzling bustling  celestial fabric
Why did you fabricate such concentrated peaks of
intricacy such unutterable ecstasy
Then condemned it to
Doom?

I am your human avant garde
Edge of consciousness
I come with rights
You cannot hide the questions from
Me.
For I am
42.
