For the Weekly Poetry Challenge Pierce the Firmaments

For the Weekly Picture Challenge!!!

Pierce the firmament
Salome of the seven veils
Dancin
What black mystery
Milky white galaxies
Obsidian night never ending presents
A Douglas Adam
Adventure
The perspective machines seeded
In our inscrutable brain box...
Trillia Macmillian....
I enter this sphere
Lit by a frail blue filament
Of fatuous fabulous rationality.

On Earth,
The sun lights my day
Sets me to till thy fields
Father,
The moon goddess's rays
Sedates me to sleep,
Mother earth, alive
Gods creatures caged within
A plan...

Therefore beware floods,
To drown us
Would be a cosmic joke
Along comes the ark
Slung over shoulders of
The archetypal holy man...

Atlas never shrugged.

I seek to pierce the shield of the universe
Arise from the grave of Lazarus
Not to Martha or for Mary.

The wheel behind wheels set in motion
The cog sparking action
The universal incomprehensible cognition..

We know that we don't know.
Not the answer.
But why
The question should be?
Or Not be...
42.

This beautiful cosmic mise en scene
To the dying man grovelling on the
Gravel,
Lifting fistfuls of cruddy clay
Red as the thread of his life blood
Unraveling
Who is weaver and where the loom
Who the master weaver
Of this dazzling bustling  celestial fabric
Why did you fabricate such concentrated peaks of
intricacy such unutterable ecstasy
Then condemned it to
Doom?

I am your human avant garde
Edge of consciousness
I come with rights
You cannot hide the questions from
Me.
For I am
42.
