Love is the only Reason

For my two adored sons....because Love is the only reason.

On the day your momma was born
The sun had shone
Oh how it had shone

On the day you, my babies were born
The sun in it's light my blessings had borne

And one day your momma will be gone
Still the sun will shine on and on.

The sun will shine for your babies
Then remember momma if you please
Release your laughter to the breeze
And remember darlings
Such days as these.

God bless you angels from his stars above
Through sun's warmth feel momma's love.

Goodnight babies sleep in your bed
Let calm and joy fill your darling heads.

Goodnight sweethearts sleep so tight
When you wake, your morning will be so bright.

White are the days of your brilliant light
Brightest of all the days of youth
So calm down and sleep you, my baby boys
And I will wake you up, to a world of joy.
...
And when the day comes and mamma sleeps in the moon
Between the trees in night's bleak evening gown..
God bless my sons with moon's soft power
And god bless them in suns high noon shower.

Release your laughter in to the breeze
Remember my sons such days as these.
