Silence
Depth
Reflections
The mirror turned inwards
Scanning darkly
Amazonia
Broadleaf caresses
Of generalizations
Steer clear of the jungle
Souls need clearings
Needs blue skies
A sunlit blurry dazzling
My soul needs an exorcism
Not a beating
Out the spirit
From its sanctuary.
The best of me
Looks like the worst of me
Chimera sisters
Can we deny
The same womb
Mothered us?
We shared
Sanctum Sanctorum
O be your sister's keeper
Dance with me
On the Dark Side
Sanctify estuaries
Mists strange lights
Will o' the wisp frozen
flames of the forests
The livid light
Mortified blushes
The burnt out burning
Glance
Of hatred.
Mort d'amour knows
No crypt.
In darkness prowls blood brilliant heart
Dragging crimsoned stake
Through it.
Three's a crowd an odd number
...a desperate pairing
Household on stilts...
Three pronged table
weakly charged attractions causing repelling.
So pas de deux
Or sweet I dance solo
With every atom of
Intention.
There's a bond an affinity for rootstock to reach dark waters
The shooting stem forgets
Regurgitating cells
From its heights reached
From tallest tree that courts your flaming sun
My lips shall cry out
How parched thirst was
Met
Only when we dug
Underground.
Earth meets earth
Ashes turn dust
Lifetimes are limed
put aside to rust
If you are
Lusting for light
Come underneath the crust
And arise afresh
Natal
Brilliance rebirth....
prayers are not for
Blind unhearing Gods...
Nor for pass by night mutant alien kings
For own sweet sake do sing
Let veins be washed clean
Of wilful muddying
Praying my light can adore
My darkness
Praying for space
Where grace embraces
Guilt in hope
and rewrites
Fate.
